PHOENIX — The Warriors’ 13th loss of the season, 119-116 to the Phoenix Suns, looked similar to the rest. The Suns, playing without Kevin Durant, chipped away at a 13-point lead and pummeled the Warriors into the mud in the fourth quarter shortly after Draymond Green’s third ejection of the season on Tuesday night at Footprint Center. The Warriors had a chance to tie the game up in the final nine seconds, but Steph Curry missed the fadeaway three attempt. Golden State continues to tumble below .500, moving to 10-13 on the year. There was one bright spot. LONDON — When Rishi Sunak signed his new Brexit deal in February, he boasted that it would deliver “smooth flowing trade within the whole United Kingdom.”But just two months after the Windsor Framework came into effect, it’s having huge unintended consequences for a key export sector, with hundreds of millions of pounds in trade now at risk.Since October this year, all meat and some dairy products moving from Great Britain to be sold in Northern Ireland — a part of the U.K. — have been required to carry “not for EU” labels. It’s meant to ensure goods aren’t moved onward into the Republic of Ireland, an EU member country. But the British government is going further. From October 2024, all meat and dairy products sold right across the U.K. will also have to include the labels — even if there is no intention to ever send the products to Northern Ireland. The requirement will be applied to more U.K. food products from July 2025. And it applies whether the food is pro...
