At an impasse with the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners, the independent nonprofit board that manages the Ramsey County Fair has announced there will be no fair this year, and future years could see the event move to another location, perhaps even outside the county.The Ramsey County Agricultural Society recently posted the cancellation announcement on its website, noting that Ramsey County will be the only one of Minnesota’s 87 counties without its own fair.“After working on an agreement with Ramsey County for more than three years, we cannot operate a fair under the conditions and demands from Ramsey County Commissioners,” reads the announcement. “It is very clear that they do not want a county fair. (NEWS10) -- The Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office is advising residents of the Stephentown area to be on the lookout for a reported vehicle.Police said a white, four-door sedan was seen traveling around the Stephentown area on Tuesday. Reports claim the vehicle has stopped in front of residences, may be pulling into driveways, and appears to be taking pictures or video. LOUIS – Failed by the justice system, a mother in anguish speaks out for the first time about the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office.Johnetta Doss’ daughter was murdered in St. Louis right before graduating from Parkway West High School. Doss initially declined to speak when the circuit attorney’s office first dropped her daughter’s case in March.She’s now speaking out as she says she’s learned how the prosecutor’s office failures have possibly blown the chance of catching her daughter’s killer.Doss said she finds the strength to speak out, through her daughter Carieal. WINFIELD, Mo. – Far from the main road is a cemetery buried with history that keeps piling up with trash.Rebecca Brown has ancestors of all ages at Rybolt Cemetery in Lincoln County."As young as a year old and up," Brown said.
